Experiential Learning Module (ELM)

The Experiential Learning Module or ELMs can be best understood as an internship that is spread over 8 months and runs alongside the academic courses of the Fellowship. Fellows have to organise themselves in a team of either 3 or 4 members and pitch for projects in an organisation, institution or individual after their skills, interests and future goals have been evaluated and assessed. This team of Fellows will work on a pre-determined problem or conduct research on the given topic in a particular framework based on the proposal sent in by the client.

The ELM project work for 2015-16 will begin from the 1st of September and will end by mid-May, 2016. Fellows will receive 3 credits for completing their ELM work through 8 months.
